- Professional and experienced team trained to take care of patients in the context of clinical trials
- Meals and travels coupons and/or reimbursements
- Extensive time dedicated by our PIs and our staff to patients with ad-hoc face-to-face interviews to address concerns and potential lack of motivation expressed by patients
- Patient card/dairies are provided with visit reminders
- Social workers at sites help in patient retention
- Informative gifts (i.e books, bags,...) if allowed by ECs
- Arranging social gatherings for trial patients
